La Piazza -
La Piazza a restaurant located in Merrick New York wanted a design
company to come in and create some model diagrams of the restaurant.
These diagrams and documents consisted of a waiting list used by the
hostess', seating chart diagrams used by the entire staff to help
familarize them with the layout of the restaurant, several different
catering hall diagrams used by the management of the catering hall to
more easily plan party's, and various other diagrams of bar setups,
etc.
